Today Chad Mayes for Assembly announced another clean sweep — every Inland Republican Congressman has thrown their support behind Chad Mayes.
“I’m honored to have earned the support of these respected leaders within our community. I look forward to working shoulder to shoulder with them on the issues facing our region and putting people back to work,” said Mayes.
Congressman Gary Miller brought a regional focus to his endorsement of Chad by saying, “Our region needs strong leadership in Sacramento and that’s why I’m supporting Chad Mayes. Chad understands that by working regionally we will accomplish more. He’ll work to strengthen our economy by fighting for regulatory reform and I trust him to stand firm on Prop 13 to protect homeowners and business owners alike. We need Chad Mayes in the State Assembly.”
Longtime Riverside County leader Congressman Ken Calvert commented, “Riverside County deserves leaders who will fight for us in Sacramento. Chad Mayes was twice elected Mayor of his community and established a proven record of getting the job done. I’m proud to stand with him and I urge you to join me in electing Chad Mayes our next State Assemblyman.”
And last but not least, San Bernardino Congressman Paul Cook talked about Chad’s local experience and leadership skills by saying, “Chad is an extraordinary leader. I served with him on Town Council, watched him lead our community as Mayor, and find him to be one of the most effective leaders in our state. He’s a great friend to the taxpayer.”
These Congressional endorsements add to an impressive endorsement list that include; the entire Riverside County Board of Supervisors, the entire Hemet City Council, 4 out of 5 San Jacinto City Councilmembers, San Bernardino County Sheriff John McMahon, San Bernardino County District Attorney Mike Ramos, San Bernardino County Supervisor Janice Rutherford, Assemblywoman Mellissa Melendez, the San Bernardino County Republican Party, and The California Young Republican Federated.
